Solution Summary: WOC health check script has to be updated to use non global MD5SUM of genhash URLs
Problem Summary: WOC primary web cluster suffered a downtime due to health check script failure.
Effected Systems: All sites on hosted on primary mirrors.
Action Required: Scripts need to be updated.
Impact: This outage resulted in periodic outages throughout this time frame for those sites. All critical HTTP and HTTPS traffic should not be effected.
